Creating an account
Register with an email address and password. Logtryl sends a 6-digit activation code to that email — enter it to activate the account before signing in.
No self-registration on Desktop
New accounts are created from the Web Dashboard or the Mobile app. Desktop only offers signing in to an account created elsewhere.
Signing in with Google
Google sign-in is available on the Dashboard and Mobile app as a faster alternative to an email and password.
Forgot your password?
Request a reset from the sign-in screen — Logtryl emails a code, and entering it lets you set a new password. You can also change your password any time from Settings while signed in.
Staying signed in
Once signed in, your session persists across app restarts — you won’t be asked to sign in again each time you open the app. On sign-in, Logtryl also asks to enable push notifications so you hear about ticket activity as it happens.
