Backup and restore

Export your entire account — projects, tickets, users, and everything else — to a single JSON file. Restoring it creates a brand-new account and links existing users to it by email instead of creating duplicates, so restoring doesn’t leave you with two copies of everyone.

Deleting an account

Permanent, and owner-only

Deleting an account is permanent. Only the account owner can do it, and you have to type a confirmation phrase first — there’s no undo.
